How can I lose weight?

Well this is the most frequent question asked by everyone be it any generation. No one wants to stay fat, everyone wants to be slim and in perfect shape but you don’t achieve anything without working for it. Losing weight is not only important to look good but to stay healthy and fit.

Weight training, Zumba, sports, aerobics, running, cardio and many more along with dieting are quiet famous and effective ways to stay healthy and lose weight. One should keep working out if he/she is fit because it keeps you motivated and energetic.

CARDIO, is aerobic exercises which strengthens our heart and lungs.

                                   


Cardio is a very effective way in adults to lose and maintain weight. It not only helps in losing weight but also keeps a check on serious health problems. Many people have this misconception that weight training or training 2-3 hours in gym will only help them in losing weight, but No this is not correct. Cardio plays a major role in weight control. Cardio not only burn our calories but also lowers our appetite. It boosts our mood and keep us energetic and calm. It increases the capacity of our cardiovascular system to take in more oxygen.

                                


Including cardio in your daily routine is very important for a healthy lifestyle. Starting your day with walk, jumps, swimming, cycling or exercises will not only light your mood up but also keep you active all day. Cardio has a vast range of exercises, from walking to swimming, dancing, even cleaning and raking leaves. It comes in all forms. Cardio can be both slow and steady depending on your capabilities.

FEW COMMON CARDIO EXERCISES:

1.)  Walking- Walking is the most effective and cheap way to trim down your body weight. If a person weighing 63.5 burns 74 calories by walking one mile.

 



2.)  Cycling- Cycling burns between 400 to 1000 calories depending upon the weight of the person and the intensity of cycling. Cycling promotes weight loss and builds up muscle.




3.)  Swimming- Swimming is a great cardio workout which helps not only helps in weight loss but also improves lung capacity and strengthens our muscles.
